Breath Guided Meditation - Introduction

Learning to attend to your breath is a widely practiced form of meditation that, with small variations, is shared by most spiritual traditions. Christians often forget how central breath is to our creation story which speaks of God forming humans from the dust of the earth and animating us with the Divine breath. Each breath we receive is a gift of God - but more than that, a gift of the very life of God. And each breath we release is a way of releasing God back into the world.

That’s a few of the many reasons why I think that breath meditation has something to offer everyone. But please join us in these 3 guided meditations and see for yourself.
